Grooming shop operations: live demo

Every animal gets a reusable card at check-in. Staff tap their own card and the animal's card at each station, so the shop always knows where every animal is and who is working on it. This demo is Happy Paws, a sample shop in the middle of a working day.

Use “Simulate a card tap” to act as a staff card and an animal card. Pick a station below.

Sign in as

Everything: setup, review queue, corrections.

Check-in, checkout, client details.

Sees animals and notes, never client phone numbers.

Open a station panel

Each opens in a new tab as if it were that station's wall tablet. Open two or three side by side.

Things to try

  1. Open Left bath. Tap Sam's staff card, then Luna's card, and confirm. Watch Luna move on the wall display.
  2. Open New grooming table and start Luna there without tapping out of the bath. The bath is freed automatically.
  3. On any panel, turn off your network and keep tapping. Taps queue on the device and sync when you reconnect.
  4. Sign in as the owner and open Review: Kennel 4 has two dogs recorded in it, and Rocky has not been touched in hours.
  5. Sign in as the groomer and open any pet: no phone numbers or email addresses anywhere.
